Does the interactions needed change each day or i need a number X of interactions and i've can reach this in multiple days to have the egg?

It's random! :) There's no specific amount you need to make. It's completely random. It could show up after 10 interactions, 10,000 or even 50,000

@Castiello11 - Any interaction counts; you don't have to interact with berries to have a shot at shaymin.

@busteroise - The Shaymin will appear in your userbar, regardless of party-space, but you will have to have an empty space once you decide to claim the egg.

Sky gifts are just free gifts (up to three a day) you can send other users...

They can contain gems, berries and even the gracidea flower (Forme Change Item for Shaymin), but they're not required to get them ;) It's just a nice little extra.

Do the chance of getting shaymin restart on server restart and also shaymin is a gift out of gratitude so do we need to interact only the other's pokemon?

No offence, but this question has been answered on EVERY page of this thread before (including the current page), and is also answered in the FAQ of the first post.

Showing love to your own Pokémon is also a good thing to do and works just as well as interacting with other's Pokémon :)

Nope, I hae a 40+ Slowyore chain now, so I wonder if a shiny chain increases not only for Slowyores then.
