@Lupa, there's always the chance to hatch a Shiny Shaymin, but it's very low (like hatching a Random Shiny)

Shaymin doesn't count towards your chain, so you won't have a chain of 40+. Not even 1 ^^

@TheMagicCelebi, it's said on the first post, you can get more than 1 Shaymin but not at the same time, and you have to claim them before obtaining another
