1. I'm assuming you're talking about the Black & White DS game. The Chatots aren't from there, they're from here (Pokeheroes).
2. You can send anything you like!
3. Since I'll be setting up the trade for you, you only need to offer on it here. Just look for your name in the description box and press the "Offer" button. There, you can click the pokemon you'd like to offer in the trade.
Since you just started, you can't trade/offer eggs or the starter pokemon Prof Rowan gave you. So I'll wait until you have some pokemon hatched; take your time. You can send me a PM or something once you're ready. ^^
