When the balls next to forum threads are faded, it means you have read them and there have been no new posts since you last opened the thread.

And I don't think the hangman helper is cheating. But I can't say for sure

For feeds, there is no code for hashtags, you simply type “#text”, and it automatically is linked

For profiles/forum posts, you’d need to use the following code:
[url=browse_hashtag?tag=text]#text[/url]

For the perfect breeding pair, the following requirements are needing:

-both Pokemon need to be the exact same species (for example: Bulbasaur x Bulbasaur can make a perfect pair, but Bulbasaur x Venusaur can't)
-one Pokemon has to be female, one has to be male (it's basically an extension of the species rule, because male x genderless like in Bulbasaur x Ditto will never make a perfect pair)
-both Pokemon must have different OTs (for example, the female has YOU as OT, the male has Mirej as OT. Or the female has Riako has OT and the male has Mirej as OT. If they BOTH have Riako as OT, they will not make a perfect pair)

So, the easiest way (in my opinion) to get a perfect pair is to buy 1 Pokemon from another user, breed it in a non-perfect pair, and then when you hatch the opposite gender of the bought Pokemon use that to breed.
(Remember that sibling Pokemon can't breed, but child x parent works!)

@Yanma95: If you are going for just one, I suggest daycare. It takes longer, but saves on everything else except time
You need to have an active Premium account in order to use the Event Pass, which costs nuggets or real money (same with the event pass)

The downside of daycare method is checking the eggs one by one and maybe waiting days for a single egg.
But saves the buying of Premium/s (if you don't have one, can't buy one, don't log or interact as much or if it expires while hunting) and Event Pass/es.

A month of Premium costs 800nuggets + you need 30k Event Points to buy at least the common event pass (2700 nuggets if you go full price), meaning one shiny costs about 3500 nuggets multipack and longer Premium makes it cheaper on the long run, but I'm speaking with my experience as a nugget broke person here


If you're already Premium and going for several shinies: Go with the pass (if you can afford them)
If you're only looking for a single shiny or you don't have an active Premium, daycare is better for you.

Am I able to start a shiny hunt without anything like a pokeradar/cards etc? I can keep count I just don’t know if using those is mandatory and I don’t mind hatching eggs all the time…

You dont necessarily need a PokeRadar. You can hatch Shinies just randomly, but chaining them without a Pokeradar will not increase your chance.

@Mouse_the_puddle you use the new Cleanse Tag or Spell Tag to evolve them. They cost 2000 Festival Points at the Emera Square, or go for a lot of PD in the GTS.
