The Guardian Legendaries
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Pokémon RP → The Guardian LegendariesShe couldn't help but think about how much this reminded her of when she first met Yveltal, except Yveltal was pretty impatient compared to Entei. She walked far, but not far enough so that the doctors could see her. She didn't want to have to tell them that Garnet was communicating with a legendary, so she decided it was better for her to wait till Garnet got out and the legendary leaving. Then, they could make up an excuse together.
Fires shivered. Why is it so cold? She asked herself. to temperature seemed to be dropping dramatically in the one spot, yet she couldn't move away. Something was screaming in her mind not to go. She took a step left, towards the window. "What is that?" She asked, seeming a shadow. Now her mind was screaming for her to go out. She obeyed, hesitantly. There was an icy glimmer in the sky, like something coming down to her. The ground near the shadow was pure ice. SLAM! A large creature came down. It had icy breath, slow, ice wings beating against the creature's sides. The rest seemed to be rocky, except for the head. The head was ice too.
Fires jumped as the creature spoke. "Hello. I am Kyurem." The icy voice sounded like a song, and it clung to Fires. "You may have noticed different people been given a different one of these." The creature called Kyurem scooted a gem. It was shaped like a cave, and colored like ice. Kyurem whispered, just loud enough for Fires to hear. "Take this little gift from me and keep it to yourself... That means..." Kyurem was cut off, then it filed away.
After an awkward ride, they reached the hospital and they walked inside in silence. Something must've been going on since the staff was quite absentminded and didn't even notice them first. David cleared his throat beside Jonah and earned the attention of one of the nurses who seemed to realize who they were instantly. She came over looking nervous and slightly panicked, she was scared of them, Jonah was sure of it.
After David had explained what was going on, the nurse led Jonah into a room where they would check his arm and fix it. A doctor came inside soon after the nurse had left and examined his broken arm, jumping slightly every time Jonah let out a hiss of pain. His arm didn't seem to be broken badly and after it had been scanned and put in a cast, Jonah had been given an arm sling, some painkillers and instructions to take it easy for a while. Jonah popped the first pill into his mouth, stepping out of the room.
(I'm obviously no medical expert. :p)
Psi could hear the sound of rushed footsteps. She got a bit nervous, thinking that the doctors would be here any second and that she'd have to somehow convince them that Garnet was alright, and also preventing them from going into the room. However, the footsteps started to slow down, after a while and she heard a couple of voices; one she had even recognized.
Psi heard them talking about somebody injured, which meant they weren't coming here, most likely. She sighed in relief as she continued her wait.
He nodded and jumped out the window. It shattered and got glass all over the floor. Ugh.... he couldn't take the hallway, could he? I thought as I took a peek out the shattered frame. Nothing but the city was below us.
"All clear," I called out to Psi as I tip-toed around the glass, careful not to cut my feet.
He started walking towards the area where he heard Entei had been seen while a couple of staff members gave disapproving looks at him. He swore he had seen loathing and hate in the eyes of some of them but he ignored it. None of them dared to say anything to him and left him alone.
(Btw, now that I remember: Diana, those scraggies you wanted are in the GTS. :3)
Psi nodded as Garnet walked up to her. She whispered to her, "Let's just tell them we managed to scare it away and make it run through the window unless you have a better excuse. I just hope they'd believe us, either way." She walked slowly down the hall.
Walking a bit further, Jonah had to watch his steps as to not stumble on anything. He deliberately ignored the scared hospital personnel hiding in fear. He was about to turn around a corner when something caught his eye. Two girls walking down the hall completely casually. Those two had to have something to do with Entei, Jonah was sure of it.
Jonah automatically gripped his right hand into a fist, feeling the ring in his index finger. He didn't know whether he should go ask the two what was going on or not. After a while of hesitation, Jonah turned around to leave. He didn't think the girls knew anything more than he did. Besides, David must've grown pretty annoyed waiting for him. In truth, he wanted to get as far away from the whole legendary pokemon arrangement as possible. Getting involved with others like him wasn't exactly a part of his plan.
"Um....hi......um......I think I saw you on TV before........ It's not like I'll tell the police!...........I just........wanted to know......... why are you here............. Ugh, I'm so nosy! That didn't came out like it was supposed to. I meant why would such a tough guy like you be in a hospital.................are you just gonna leave?........... um............. this is really weird......." I muttered as I turned red in embarrassment. To be honest, I don't know why I was talking to him in the first place. It was like some urge to do it...... The same I felt when I met Psi.
And as for the 'why are you here' bit of the girl's rambling. Wasn't it obvious? Jonah scoffed at the blushing girl in front of him, nodding at his casted arm in the arm sling, "You blind or what? People tend to come to the hospital when they get their arm broken." What the heck did she want from him anyway? People, other than his brothers, usually kept their distance from him.
Then, she slowly walked up to them, so that she could be standing close to Garnet and possibly tell her through body language to be a bit more careful.
Why the heck was Jonah wasting his time on these two ayways? He would have surely had something better to do with his time, right? He needed to get some privacy to question Mewtwo about this whole thing going on. If his hunch about the two girls was right, then other legendaries had similar arrangements as well.
She spoke in a calm and collected voice. After all, she really had nothing to fear, for herself, at least. "We have encountered the Entei, but it ran off, through the window from up there." She pointed in the direction they came from. "That's all."
Yveltal: Hehe, so three of them have finally met up. I guess nothing went wrong with my plans, after all. I'd hate to admit it, but the legendaries surely were right. However, problems are to arise soon, and I'm making sure they are prepared, unlike the other legendaries.
He walked little farther away from the two girls and answered, "What is it now?"
'What the heck happened dude!?'
Jonah really hadn't looked forward to this conversation but he guessed it couldn't be helped. "I'm really not sure either. But we won alright, the rest is just details."
'Details!? Don't give me that cr*p! A legendary surely isn't a detail! You've got some explaining to do. Where the heck are you?'
"I'm at the hospital, one moron broke my arm. Didn't Mark tell you? I left him in charge when I took off with David."
'He might have, I just didn't pay much attention to it after he told us a friggin' Mewtwo appeared from out of nowhere and then disappeared. After talking to YOU!'
"Cut the yelling, will ya? I'll have David bring me over there."
Bobby hung up with no further words and Jonah frowned at his phone, "And I'm fine, thanks for asking." What the heck was he supposed to do? He couldn't tell them he was able to summon Mewtwo and the legendary would obey him. He could only imagine unpleasant uses for such power. As much as he loved his brothers, he couldn't hand it over to them, countless deaths would be on him. Jonah leaned against the wall massaging the bridge of his nose, he was quickly developing a killer headache. He let out a low growl, he really hated his life sometimes.
She figured it was best to leave it at that, though. "We should get going, now. After all, Garnet has recovered." She felt bad, but she knew that staying passed this point could only create tension. She began walking down the hall.
"HA! I knew it!!!!!" she exclaimed after hearing something about Mewtwo. "I knew it all along!!!! You have a legendary partner as well, don't you?" She proudly stated, her hands on her hips. "And don't give me that 'I don't know what you're talking about' nonsense. Admit it. Your partner is Mewtwo."
Psi noticed a few doctors peeking out of their rooms, wide eyed, too. Psi mentally facepalmed.
"Get lost, you moron. Consider yourself lucky I have no time to break your damn neck." Jonah growled at the girl before turning on his heels and walking outside. Bobby was already pissed off, being late wouldn't help his cause at all. He just hoped there would be a way, in which no one dies, out of this all. He doubted it.
