@blue9087- Dialga & Palkia aren't available yet. All the legendaries will be released sooner or later, so just be patient and wait a bit~

EDIT: Riako, I think you should also include that Mew was also available for a limited time for having a Mew plushie >w<

soon, in the near future according to riako in herotalk ;) I believe setting a exact date while you still have to add them is not handy, simply to prevent complaints as "its been x date already and there are still not here" the very next day

You can find them in the Tall Grass once activated the Resolute Stone (Keldeo) or Enigma Stone (Latias or Latios). Apart from that, you only have the option to trade for them or buy them at an auction.

As mewtwo is currently unavailable and to get it we need to complete our johto and kanto dex we don't need it to get the mega able mewtwo from rowan after completing kanto dex right

Yes. You don't need Mewtwo in order to get the reward from Rowan. So you get the mega-ables from Rowan and can then breed a normal one for your Kanto dex.

The first post shows which ones are breeable and which are not. :b The legendaries that are breedable are the ones that you get from Professor Rowan by completing the entire PokeDex from each region (unless there are Pokemon from that region that haven't been released yet, such as Relicanth from Hoenn).

Pokemon that are breedable from completing it's specific region's PokeDex are:

Kanto: Mewtwo
Hoenn: Deoxys
Sinnoh: Arceus
Unova: Genesect

Johto, I believe, doesn't have a breedable reward.
Though, I do not believe that you can trade the bred ones from these four legendaries, either.

Kanto has Mega-able Mewtwo X
Johto has Mega-able Mewtwo Y
Hoenn has Deoxys
Sinnoh has Arceus
Unova has Genesect

Relicanth is from the Hoenn region, as it is missing from the dex to get Deoxys, but does not count towards it's completion.

More information on the breedable legendaries is in the announcement thread on them, which is here

Please note: If they are breedable, they are not tradable.

There is no Regi-egg the second time; you'll only get the egg the first time you completed it.

Any additional eggs can be found in the Endless Tunnel (once you unlocked it).
