Oh my Arceus
Forum-Index → News → Oh my ArceusOkay, first of all: I was slightly exaggerating in my announcement video about the "27 new legendaries" :b In fact: You can get 27 new legendary PokéDex entries - but not really 27 different Legends. Well, anyway, let me explain it to you:
The new Legends
The following new legendary Pokémon are now available on PokéHeroes:
Deoxys (+3 special formes),
Arceus (+17 special formes),
Genesect (+4 special formes)
and Mewtwo (X/Y)*
*these were already available through special Events such as SCEs. But now they are fully available for everyone
Makes 27 new legendaries + 3 Mewtwo formes :P
How to obtain them
You receive all of these legendary eggs from Professor Rowan as a special gift.
You get Mewtwo X after filling your Kanto Dex.
You get Mewtwo Y after filling your Johto Dex.
You get Deoxys after filling your Hoenn Dex.
You get Arceus after filling your Sinnoh Dex.
You get Genesect after filling your Unova Dex.
"Filling your Dex" means having all available Pokémon in your active PokéDex (remember that you lose your PokeDex Entry after trading/evolving the last Pokémon of a species). All unavailable Pokémon (for example Zekrom/Reshiram) do currently not count for this task - but they will, as soon as they are officially released.
You can not trade these Pokémon
This is an important change along with this update:
Mewtwo, Deoxys, Arceus and Genesect are not tradeable.
The explanation for this comes here:
All of them are breedable
You can get all of these Pokémon only once from Professor Rowan. But obviously you want their special formes - and maybe even their shiny versions. That's why all of them have a special Egg group - "Legendary".
They can only breed with Ditto and it takes very long.
... Good luck hunting them, you crazy trainers lol
Changing their formes
You can change their formes with special Meteorites, Plates and Drives. However, you have to find them on your own :)
Last but not least:
These legendary eggs from Prof. Rowan do not break your shiny chain.
If you breed them and claim the egg from the daycare, then it obviously counts for your PokéRadar.
