Each person was given a series of numbers according to the number of tickets they bought, and the order of their first post:

Rini00 -> 5 tickets -> #1 - #5
Eeveelution8 -> 3 tickets -> #6 - #8
cat2003 -> 1 ticket -> #9

A total of 9 tickets were bought, so a random number between 1 and 9 was generated:

A new rule has been added to the first post - Make sure you accept the gem trade as soon as possible. If the trade has not been accepted by the end of that weeks raffle your tickets will no longer be eligible and I will be asking for my money back.
