This is because when breeding, only the first egg group counts if a Pokemon is in two egg groups (source). So your Pikachu and Pachirisnow are considered to have the Field Egg Group for breeding purposes, making them compatible with each other and incompatible with the Fairy Egg Group Plusle (Flirty).

Try putting in a Pokemon that has either only Fairy or Fairy listed as the first egg group! :D

(Regular and event Pokemon are still compatible with each other as long as they share the same first egg group by the way!)

A Relic Crown can be obtained by trading in a Relic Band and a Relic Statue.
Relic Statue: 2x Relic Band
Relic Band: 2x Relic Vase
Relic Vase: 5x Relic Gold
Relic Gold: 2x Relic Silver
Relic Silver: 5x Relic Copper

For Normal users (without Premium):
The chances of hatching a shiny before 40 eggs is < 0.1%
The chances of hatching a shiny afterwards max out at 1.25%. The chain will break after a shiny is hatched or a Pokemon species different to the one being chained is hatched (that counts towards your chain).

For Premium users:
Similar to Normal users, only after hatching 40 eggs, the chances of hatching a shiny is raised to 2.5%.

	Normally when users talk about checking price, they check this forum thread, which is a general guideline of how much Pokemon are worth on the site. That said though, some Pokemon/items can be outliers from the price, and each user can value the item differently, but this is a good guideline to go off of when trading. [Read more]

	If you're on Firefox, clear your recent history as per normal, then when the pop-up window comes up, select "cache" when clearing. If you're on Chrome, select "Clear browsing data", then select "cached image and files" to clear your cache. Not sure if this will work, but it's worth a shot maybe? ^^ [Read more]
