This task is what is known as. A cryptogram. Every letter has been replaced with another letter. The puzzle is to solve the cryptogram.

If it helps write or print it out and then write the correct letters below the puzzle letters.

If you can read this, you know how to read.

Same here

Do all the letters follow that rule? like +18 and if it's over 26 then minus 26? e.g. A=1 1+18=19 =S
or is it only A and you have to guess the rest?

Actually, it's not really that hard. You just have to calm down and think, solve it step-by-step.

I would not set an impossible task, 5 people so far have solved it.

I said every word counts, not that you got one word wrong...
*cough* she *cough*

Task 6
Just in case anyone here is color-blind or has another visual impairment that would make the colors in task 6 hard to distinguish, here are the order the colors go in, from top to bottom:
Red
Yellow
Blue
Purple
Orange
White
Green
