It's not art theft if you refer your daycare owner to an official drawing from Pokémon.

Oh, that's interesting to know.. :O I didn't know that it's not "art theft" if it's done that way..? Based on my own experience on the weird consequences from some other site's rules.. :/

We're using official Pokémon artworks all over this website. So using a drawing from the official Pokémon Manga as a template isn't considered as art theft

Art theft would be if someone claimed someone elses work as their own.

I've been playing Animal Crossing just way too much lately, but it had to be done. Plus, AC style is so much easier for me to draw. I can supply a version with a transparent background (instead of white) if needed.

I pretty much got this idea from the daycare owners feeds. For me he seemed like an old man who didn't wanna admit that he's an old man. :p
