Question is it okay if I add characters like NPCs, but they aren't exactly main characters. For example a maid from the Charizard Kingdom

"Grr..," growled the fearsome beast. "WHERE IS DRAGON CITY!!!" he roared.
"Psst," whispered a pokemon.
"Who are you, and where are you", he said aggresively.
"I can give the directions to Dragon City if you defeat me in a battle", said the pokemon.
"Hahahaha", he chuckled, "you think you can defeat me?"
"Of course I could", said the pokemon.
The pokemon jumped out. What appeared a Garchomp holding a mega stone.
"Let's rumble", shouted the Garchomp.
Quickly the Garchomp activated the mega stone and prepared for combat.
"DRAGON CLAW" shouted Rex as he dived to the Mega Garchomp.
The Garchomp blocked it with his blades, but it looked like he took massive damage.
"Heh, you not bad for a kid", Garchomp said. "But, CATCH THIS EARTHQUAKE!!!" shouted the Garchomp.
"RAGGGHH (I'm bad with noises lol >w>)" , shouted the pokemon as he took the massive pain on the ground.
"LIKE HECK I'M GOING TO LOSE", the beast shouted. He dived in with another dragon claw follow up with a slash. The Garchomp try to tank the hit. He could only tank the dragon claw as he fell down with the slash. Then he transformed to his normal form.
"NOW TELL ME WHERE IS DRAGON CITY!!!", shouted the massive dragon.
"Okay okay okay I will tell you. It around the corner of the Tyrant Forest", sighed the poor pokemon.
After that Rex took off to Dragon City.
(Lol what do you think? PM or Pal Pad me to tell me what are your thoughts!)

"Hilda, I'm going to leave the kingdom for a long time on a search for my brother now," said Drake to the maid.
"But what will I tell the lord?" replied Hilda
"Don't tell him anything about it. I miss my dear brother ,but now is the time to stop moping and actually get on my feet and find him," replied Drake.
"Then I shall my prince," replied Hilda.
Drake packed his items and his backpack and prepared for the treacherous journey.
As he traveled the long distance he found a Garchomp damaged a lot.
"Have you seen a Charizard or one of the lines of it?" asked Drake.
"We-well, I did fought a Charizard X a couple weeks ago," replied the damaged pokemon.
"Well did you know where he went?" asked Drake.
"Ye-yeah, he went to Dragon city to get stronger I think."
"Thanks for telling," said Drake.
Off he went to Dragon City.
Meanwhile with Rex

"ARE YOU THE MOVE TUTOR?!?!" roared the fierce some beast at the old Dragonite.
"We-well yes I am sonny-boy," said the old Dragonite. "Call me Elder Knight for now."
"WELL I WANT TO BE MORE STRONG WITH A BETTER MOVE SET!!!"
"Okay the following moves you can get is: Flare Blitz and Earthquake
"WELL I WOULD REPLACE FIRE FANG AND FLAMETHROWER WITH THOSE MOVES!!!"
"Well my friend will teach you them again." "CARL!!! GET YO BUTT HERE RIGHT NOW!!!"
"WHAT ELDER KNIGHT?!?!" shouted Carl.
(Carl is a Charizard)
"TEACH THIS POKEMON SOME MOVES FOR SAKE!!!"
"FIND!!!"
"Carl is in the right hall."
Soon the beast went to Carl.
