@KabamShazam: No need for the form, it is only for the Shiny Hunts :)
Shiny Meditite has a medium rarety, so it would be 200 Grass Gems for it. I will set up the trade now. Just offer and send the Gems over, I will accept in the evening after I am home from work, thanks :)

Just to be clear, to use the special offer for the evolutions you will need to offer:
1 Summon Item (Map/Resolute Stone) + 1 DG/50k PDs each.
So it would be 3 Summons + 3DB/150kPDs for all 3 evolutions + a regular offer for a shiny Tyrogue!
Hope that made it more understandable XD
So let me know if you would like to still order some shinies with a right offer ;)
