I have 2 Shiny Munchlax ready for trade. So you would like to buy one shiny with PDs (350k) and one with Gems (350 Gems) if I understand correctly?
And yes 1 Normal gems equals 2 other gems, so you could buy the second shiny for 175 Normal Gems or 150 Normal + 50 other Gems for example.

Yes, I am collecting Dragon Gems for a Xerneas Hunt, but I am not buying them with PDs, just Shinies as you can read in the first post. Other than that I am trading them for other Gems in the Gem Exchange.
