That would be 23k PDs in total (but the Elektross is actually a Eelektrik, you need to evolve it yourselfe) ;)

I take 300 Gems for a Starter and you offered:
42+55*2+37+13=202 Gems, so 98 are missing. If you like you could also pay 200k PDs instead of the 98 missing Gems...
