	If so to which charities you donate? and how often? I personally don't have much money to spare, so I don't donate to any charity (maybe I'm just a selfish prick). But I used to donate blood, because it doesn't cost me anything (except for an hour of my time) and it can potentially help save someone's life, so I think there's a lot of help for little "sacrifice" from my side.
