	Does this still occur to anyone? It's possible that the images rarely don't load properly. Refreshing the page or restarting the browser should usually fix it. But if the issue persists for a longer period of time, then this is definitely a bug. [Read more]

	This was related to the disappearing auction house Pokemon bug that should now be fixed. Essentially, sometimes the highest bidder would be skipped and the Pokemon was given to the next highest bidder instead. So this should now also be fixed. [Read more]

Important reminder beforehand: Do not (never ever!) use the same password on multiple websites. Other websites/games might look legit at first, but their main purpose might be to get your credentials (username + password, potentially email) that you use for other websites (PokeHeroes, for instance). Write down your passwords somewhere safe or use a trusted password manager.
If you recently signed up on a suspicious website with the same password you use on PokeHeroes, then please change your password as soon as possible.

To further combat and prevent SPAM, the following measures were put in place:

Private Messages (PM):
- Trainerlevel 7 or higher is now required in order to start new PM conversations with non-friends non-mods. This means that everyone can still send PMs if the recipient added you to their friendlist, or if you're messaging a staff moderator. You can also still reply to conversations that were opened by the other party. You just can't start a new conversation until reaching TL 7.
- The SPAM limit has been further tightened, also depending on your Trainerlevel:
--- You can only send out a PM every 15 seconds (unchanged)
--- If your Trainerlevel is less than 10, you're limited to 10 PMs per 30 minutes.
--- If your Trainerlevel is less than 15, you're limited to 15 PMs per 30 minutes.
--- Otherwise, you're limited to 30 PMs per 30 minutes (unchanged)

Palpad:
- Same as with PMs: Trainerlevel 7 or higher is required to start new Palpad conversations with non-friends. Again, this means that you can still reply to messages that you receive, even at a lower TL.
- Creating Palpad group chats now requires Trainerlevel 10 or higher. You can still be added to group chats, however.
- PSA: Remember to configure your palpad settings. Either by setting it to friends-only or by allowing only friends to add you to group chats.

Forum:
- If your Trainerlevel is less than 5, you are now limited to 5 forum posts per hour.
- If your Trainerlevel is less than 10, you are now limited to 10 forum posts per hour.
- All other trainers are limited to 50 posts per hour.

Feeds:
There already is a maximum amount of feeds you can post within a short period of time, so nothing had to be changed here.

Feed comments:
- If your Trainerlevel is less than 10, you are now limited to 5 comments on feeds per 15 minutes.
- All other trainers are limited to 20 comments per 15 minutes.

Global Trade Station:
- If your Trainerlevel is less than 10, you are now limited to 5 active trades. Active trades include public and private trades set up by you, as well as pending gifts.
- If your Trainerlevel is less than 15, you are limited to 10 active trades.
- If your Trainerlevel is less than 20, you are limited to 20 active trades.
- If your Trainerlevel is less than 30, you are limited to 50 active trades.
- All other trainers are limited to 100 active trades.

I hope you understand the necessity of these new measures. I tried to find a good balance between allowing newer members to still take part in the community aspect in some way while making it less interesting for bots to flood the page with senseless advertisement.
Higher level trainers are also limited (in case, for example, an account of an experienced player gets into the hands of a malicious third party), but the limits are so high that they shouldn't be noticeable. Please try it out with realistic gameplay first before jumping to conclusions. We can of course still adapt the limits if it does turn out to be too restricting.
