I'm a big fan of bumble bees! I think it's really cool how they would mark flowers they have visited by using scent. Their goal in marking flowers is to tell the other bees that nectar is gone and they shouldn't waste time trying to collect nectar from the flower.
I'm a little sad that bumblebees are going extinct, their population has decreased by 90% since 2000.
