Another event, another update to my Dark Mode skin. This one... was actually something I could've noticed a long time ago but didn't cause I don't cook anything ever lmao.
The update in question: I have made the cooking pot "cook" buttons actually show up. Previously, they were almost the same exact colour as the background. (Whoops.)
I also have lightened up the white inside the box to now be a nice soft colour instead of it being ugly pure-white on a darkmode skin (also whoops), and SLIGHTLY tweaked the checkmark colour to show up a little better.

How does one teach a puppy that he's physically capable of jumping?
We're trying to teach him how to get on and off of the couch. He's able to get off the couch now, and he's more than big enough to get on the couch if he just jumped a little bit
But he doesn't realise that's a thing he can do. Whenever he tries to follow Koda up here, he does the running start and the getting up on his back legs thing, but he forgets to boost himself up and instead just. Slams himself into the couch.

We've been trying the "hold a treat above his head so he has to jump up to get it" thing, but so far that's getting him nowhere. He just sits, paws at the air, and then grumbles/barks in frustration because his poor dummy boy head can't figure out jumping is a thing.
We know he can at least bounce. He bounces forward all the time when he's playing. He just can't figure out how to bounce upwards instead of forwards.

Personal onion on Milcery's evolution method:

I.. kind of really don't like how it was implemented. I get it, it's hard to do in-game so it makes sense enough to make it hard to do here too ... but this wasn't.. the way to go about it. For multiple reasons. (In comments, bc it got long. also feel free to correct me if I'm misinformed on any part of this, I haven't been able to evolve it myself yet!)

How do I make Discord stop automatically suggesting+filling in emojis when I type words after a colon :likethis ?
I don't want it to disable emojis that I've actually fully typed out... I just use a bot for kin-roleplay and it's REALLY annoying that any time I type in (for example) :Oz at the end and hit enter to send it, it auto-fills in with the :Woozy_Face: emoji... and there's no way to say "No I Don't want the woozy_face actually" without clicking somewhere else in the message.
It's REALLY annoying having to click onto a random spot in my message just to be able to send it cause Discord is so bent on auto-filling by default.

This situation has happened before, back when people were mass changing their profile pics to eeveelution [redacted]. We should not ever let it get that out of hand again... It should've never happened back then, and it shouldn't happen now. The users should not have to be the ones fighting to protect the kids of this website.

ALRIGHT SO with the skygifts comes... Another legibility update to my darkmode skin!! The skygifts are now legible - even moreso than the default no-CSS skygifts, actually!
The new code is here!!! Refer to the first post in this hashtag for info on how to get / update the skin ^^

Also, I haven't gotten a shaymin (and might not get one at all) - so if the Shaymin page is broken at all, please let me know so I can attempt to figure out a fix ^^!

Ever since Kuroo left, I've been working on editing the Stylus skin she put together, to make a dark-mode theme for Pokeheroes! It's been released for a while now, but it's gotten a few updates, so even if you already have it I recommend replacing it with this current version.

She's done other horrible crap in the past before, so I already had her blocked. But this is... Sickening. I knew she should never have been allowed back, especially as a staff member 😰 Stuff being in the past should not be reason to let her get away without consequence, especially when it's this big of a literal crime and said "past" is only a year. People change, sure, but predators don't just stop being predators, not within a year.
