The missile knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't. (A little salt. Apologies...I hate to be negative.)

Do you guys think it would be a good idea to have a guaranteed annual legend (Kyurem/Zeraora/Shaymin) encounter after a specific number of interactions have been made without having one (50K or higher, perhaps)?

On multiple occasions, I've made well over 60-70K interactions without having a single encounter, some of these occasions being days long. I understand that whether or not you get the encounter is left completely up to chance and I'm just experiencing ungodly levels of bad luck, but it's extremely frustrating and disheartening to put so much time into these events for essentially nothing. Does anyone else feel the same way, or am I just complaining too much?
