I can see why people didn't like the new crow movie
it went too hard on the violence and gore (that's coming from someone who plays and enjoys Mortal Kombat)
the characters were named Eric and Shelly but the story was completely different (instead of them being normal people they met in an asylum and did bad stuff when they broke out, instead of top dollar and the gang members it was a rich guy and his bodyguards)
and it was trying to be cool with all the cursing and stuff but it just fell flat on its face and ended up looking like a 12 year old wannabe edgelord made it

small gaming progress update:
I wrapped up the main story for Arkham knight last night,
then I started on the one sacrifice most wanted mission (I forget the criminals name)
then I did the hush mission (the one where Lucius fox was held hostage)
gonna do the penguin, two face, firefly, and try and find man-bat (I've done 3/4 parts during the main story accidentally) today
then I will do the riddler missions (i'm scared for my sanity)
then I will activate the partial knightfall protocall.
then over the course of the next month or two, I will attempt to achieve a 120% (finish all the side missions, main story and riddler trophies/riddles)
