Yesterday was kinda fun, i drove a boom truck for the first time and was at the top height.

Ive been hitting the gym for the last month and a half and i dont feel like im stronger, but my endurance is higher to where i can do 110 reps at 60lbs on the rowing machine before failure where when i started it was only 30 reps. Not sure if i should bump up the weight
