What is a Piokemon you neither dislike or like? It plays it role well, but it does not affect you opinion of it in any way, shape, or form.

Hmm, probably something like Arceus or most of other legendaries and mythicals.

Why?
Idk bru- I'm just the type that prefers to make weak pokemon stronger rather than having them strong in the first place. It just give you a sort of feeling that you acomplished stuff which is to make the weak become stronger.
