I wanted to put two wydoll in the daycare, but i want to know if there is even a chance of them producing eggs.
So, will they or will they not make eggs?

Wydoll is in the "Undiscovered" Egg Group, meaning they won't breed. You'll need to evolve them to Wopuppet to get them to breed.
Keep in mind that Event pokémon have a low chance of producing an Event egg.
