hi hi, ik this is probably a dumb question but do certain pokemon do better at rumble areas than others? cuz the pokemon i normally use has done good with items and money but now that i switched to a different pokemon its kinda come to a halt even tho i sent them for longer

No, there's no "better option" when rumbling in locations without Boss Battles.
If you go to a map with a possible "Boss Battle", the higher level, the better.
