According to the wiki, clearing the split-decision path in the Royal Tunnel unlocks both Regieleki and Regidrago. However, it seems that on my first time through I had only one free party slot, thus only getting Regieleki's egg. I assumed given the name "Split-Decision", I'd get Regidrago if I cleared the path again, which I did (with an empty party slot). However, I didn't get the egg. Is there any way to get a Regidrago egg now or am I out of luck?

The Split-decision will only give you one Egg.
However, all Eggs can be found in the Endless Path, so you'll have a chance of finding a Regidrago in there.
