Hi. I need a little help. I was making a trading with a user that the account become locked permanently. It means the user locked his account? And can I cancel a trade done to a account that was locked permanently or I wait for the user return?

Oh ok. I still don't know to do about it...

I want to cancel the trade because I don't know when the user will be back. But here I don't know if I can cancel a trade with the user who requested got the account locked permanently.

Account locks are never on request, so unless it's temporary, the user is not being allowed back.

you can always cancel any trade or offer you have set up at any time, and your pokemon and items that you set up on the trade will always be sent back to you.

permanent locks/bans means permanent. it means that user will never play on that account again and can no longer do any actions on the account. so that means you are free to cancel any agreements and trades you have with that user on the site.
