Last week, I noticed that the Magikarps given to people doing the Rowan Quest recurring challenge are not evolving the way they should.

Now, before anyone comments, I am not talking the Magikarps that have everstones but the ones that do not that evolve into Gyarados upon hitting lvl 20. These are the ones you get when you have finished the original questline and are competing against Oak directly.

Proof for last week. As you can see, there is no everstone. In fact, you cannot give or take away everstones from Quest pokemon so it is not a case of it just being taken at the last minute before it ends. Another Example and Yet another example.

As I have been doing the Rowan Quest lists for some time, I keep a 'Master List' of people doing the list and the pokemon they have and I still have last week's Master List added so you can go to my profile to look up the links I have there. Usually, I would list them as Gyarados for this when they don't have the stone, because they quickly evolve but it didn't happen last week. And so far, it is still broken and not evolving as they should this week.

Yes, it absolutely should evolve without an everstone and it always has until 2 weeks ago.
