So I was just double checking my GTS Wonder Trades when I discovered this:



I can't remember specifically, but it may be because I put a Surskit and a Masquerain in the Wonder Trade, and the Surskit evolved. But this really shouldn't have simply been accepted, since you can't put two of the same Pokemon in the Wonder Trade.

It is possible for this to happen, because you can't put two Pokemon of the exact same species in the WonderTrade. Which means, putting 1 Surskit and 1 Masquerain (like you did) is absolutely fine and possible. But you can't put 2 Surskit into the Trade.

The fact that the Surskit evolved is not a problem, because YOU didnt "put" two Masquerain up. Pokemon put of the Wonder Trade are not locked from receiving interactions and therefore can evolve. It's not a problem :)
