Ahh but you get a three hour cool down of you break the rule without declaring it
(It's supposed to make it so chances are evened out and people think about it but ... Well this thread is kinda inactive a lot)

The rule is there should be only letters and punctuation marks and nothing else like, colon, plus, minus, parenthesis, you know what I mean.

For clarification, the cool down time is based on when you post the message, not by when the ruler says whether you broke the rule or not
