Does the "Slightly increased breeding chance" from the well actually do anything? Every time I get this the daycare doesn't produce eggs; So I'm wondering if this is just terrible RNG, if it's bugged, or if it doesn't do anything in the first place.

and now today the daycare's produced 3 eggs after the well says "Where did it go? (Nothing happened)"

This was not resolved, as someone who WORKS FOR THE WEBSITE has not confirmed if the well actually does anything to increase breeding chances.

Riako has said several times that the well does increase the chances of whatever it throws out (breeding, shinies, mega), but for only 100 PD it's not gonna be a massive boost.

RNG is still going to be the major player for your chances.
