Yes you can, but you need to purchase Egg Storage Box at Bills House (accessable through the Storage Box page). And the Egg Storage will initially hold only 1 egg, for more space (each upgrade giving +1 space) you have to buy upgrades at Bills House. They are very expensive though.

(Eggs in Egg Storage cannot be interacted with and thus will not hatch while in the Egg Storage)
