I know that the speed of a pokemon influences the speed of the wheel's spin, but can the direction be influenced too?

There's a Wiki article about how to properly evolve Milcery :) (remember that "Male" and "Female" as well as the speed refers to the Pokemon spinning the wheel, not the Milcery itself)
