How do I get shiny plushies without there being an event? Do they just get sent randomly after you've collected a certain amount? I'm not talking about the ones you can just buy like Shiny Venusaur. How would I go about getting a shiny Bulbasaur plush for example?

Most shiny plushies are obtainable as gifted plushies, or distributed plushies.

You can now receive special reward plushies for...
... sending a plushie to a completely random user (Shiny Bulbasaur)
... sending a plushie to a random new user (Shiny Charmander)
... sending a plushie to a random friend (Shiny Squirtle).
Please note that you have to select these options at the DW shop for this. Choosing a specific username will not work for this.

With every purchase, you have a small chance of obtaining these plushies. The more you spend on a plushie, the higher is your chance to get one.

The Shiny Giratina plushie is obtainable by exchanging 10000 Halloween Candies during the Halloween Event.

The Shiny Zeraora, Shaymin, and Zarude plushie are obtainable when encountering the respective legendary, at a 20% chance (the plushie will show up as shiny).
