So as many of you know there are a ton of Pokémon out there to register into the Pokédex, along side that there are some Pokémon who have visual differences whether it's big changes like Meowstic or teeny-tiny ones like Torchic! Some of these differences are available for most Pokémon if not almost all of them, you might even be curious about a Pokémon if you're somewhat new to Pokémon or haven't seen a gender differences of a species before.

Where exactly do you go to see the info of a Pokémon? The Pokédex!

Though you may be wondering "Where is that one Pokémon I saw?" Per se you saw a Basculegion but the one you saw was blue "But why?" You look in the Pokédex to it's entry and see that instead it's red and the shiny is purple. Turns out it's a gender variant! It can be a bit confusing, at least it has been for me so I believe maybe some users have encountered the same thing.

I believe that a resolution to this could be to not only add a small feature to the Pokédex to see all of the differences with a specific mon but also be able to see it's shiny as well! Say you saw a Pokémon with a gender difference and specifically want to hunt it but looking for that specific gender, then perhaps the Pokédex to be a bit modified to help not just new users but veterans as well!

Examples:
Perhaps these visual differences can explain it more than my words, for these examples I meshed together what could be a better answer for what I mean and I use both Basculegion and Meowstic! Both Pokémon have big visual differences but I am NOT excluding Pokémon on the site who's gender different sprites have small changes, this can be for all Pokémon as long as they have a different sprite for said gender difference!

I think this would actually be a good idea to have. To be honest, I thought the Pokedex already had something like that, so I'm actually surprised to find out it doesn't.

Full support because this would be useful for those who don’t know the shiny gender variant of a certain Mon and would be a nice addition to the shiny dex as well ;)

Support! Not only is it just convenient, but like you said, it'll help those new to Pokemon that don't know much yet a lot.
