my suggestion is rather simple
in gameplay settings, there are these helpful little palpad settings:



my suggestion is adding two more options:
[ ] Nobody can send me Pal Pad messages.
[ ] Nobody can add me to Pal Pad groups.



if you don't need this, you can simply not check them, just like the friends only options, but it can be helpful for people who do want this
