I don't know if I can ask about it but I'm getting level with Dark Berry seeds and don't know in which level it must be to move on in Necrozma quest. It is in which level?

Level does not matter. You just need 100 berries (not seeds). After you harvested to have a total of 100 dark berries, visit the berrygarden/reload the berry garden page

Just another question: About the Interact with Pokémon section. I need click only with Pokémon or egg too? And it is random?

If you interact with eggs, they get EHP (Egg Hatch Points), which will make them hatch faster. If you interact with Pokemon, they get Experience and might level up. For yourself, it does not make a difference as you get rewarded with PD (and other stuff) anyway. So just interact with everything :)

I believe they meant in regards to necrozma.

You'll just find the vinyl piece randomly after a good bit of interacting in the union room clicklists.
I don't think eggs or pokemon really make much of a difference.
Might work elsewhere but that's how I did it at least.
