yes, best part of the ff saga. :) also the bluray sequel was adorable. I had to buy the 7th part again on steam summer sale, although the graphic is still 90's... ^^

I really liked the story of FFVII. I admit the first disc was pretty boring but it started picking up right after the scene involving a certain flower girl(IDK if I should put spoilers or not. Like are people still playing this for their first time?). The characters were pretty interesting too, Tifa will always be one of my favorite characters. I can sympathize with her more so than the other characters.

The graphics are hugely outdated. You can't really fault it for the graphics since it was the first in the series to do be 3d....~~though I admit more could have been done if you compare it to N64 games that came out before it~~. Anyway it's one of the very few games I think really needs a remake. Still surprised Square Enix hasn't jumped on that money maker yet...because you know people will totally buy that.

But yeah I liked it. It's not my favorite in the Final Fantasy series.....but it's certainly not my least favorite. I'd probably put it somewhere in the middle of my list. Also just because it's not high on my list doesn't mean it's bad. It just means I found the FF games higher than it a bit more enjoyable. There are other good parts to the game but it's been a while since I played and I don't have a clear memory of it.
