So the thing is that it should be clarified if troll offering is against the rules or not, because it's becoming a issue for me.

1. So there was a user no more who had harassed me and all that thing happened and he got a warn and blah blah, after a few days of that incident, he started to troll offer my trades, so I rejected it , and he did it again, so what I did instead of reporting which I know was stupid was troll offer back and then he reported me for troll offer also, we had each other blocked, and I got a small warn for that (wasn't added to the list).

What happened in detail: since both were each other blocked , the mod had said me that since we both were blocked by each other, he was up to say me to stop the troll offers

Conclusion for 1.: If 2 users are blocked and troll/scam takes place, mods come to action and say you not to do that

Well, that's not my whole problem, the mod says to me you are breaking the unfriendly behaviour rule. Which is I don't know is dumb or correct..

2. I reported a person for low value offers (trainerlevel 19), for 30K PD the user offers me 7 poison gems, and I have no idea WHY I got back the report and a warn this way:

"Scamming is kinda annoying to people but it's never against the rules!"

Conclusion: newbies are treated unfair, which is if they are trainerlevel 20 or less, they are still considered to be "uneducated" and therefore the warn bounces back just like magic bounce.
And same thing applies for premium users ,I beleive, because they think they know more stuff than the commons, or that's what you get as an end result


Changes which must be made : newbies, premium members, common members, all must be treated as one.

Clarifications to be made: Whether troll offers are considered "scam" or not.

Troll offers, in essence, are not scams. They're not lying about what they're offering.
However continuously offering on a specific user's trade(s) in an attempt to annoy them because you're angry, can be considered harassment and IS against the rules. If this happens again (to you, or anyone else) that user can be reported.
