I wish to ask how one evolves baby Pokemon in this game. I have a Pichu I had gotten in an auction, whom I hope to evolve into a Pikachu, but I've given him plenty of attention and he hasn't evolved yet. He isn't holding an Everstone, so perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

You cant evolve it yet...For evolve it you have to go to the saloon...That feauture is unable to you.You need a high level to do it.Or else you need a Soothe Bell. It's sometimes available at the Item Shop for 2000 Pokedollar.
