Is there perhaps a list somewhere that shows how to evolve certain pokemon?

Reason i'm asking this is because I have a level 50 snom that has yet to evolve and a primeape that id like to turn into Annihilape (if hes on here)

Give these good boys some love plz~ ♡

Pretty sure there are zero Paldean Pokémon in the game for right now.

...But I can answer your first question.
Here's a neat little forum on how to evolve AND obtain certain Pokémon.
