Kaori nodded, but soon stopped when she registered what the Loremaster had said. They had called themselves a 'Scientist Demon', and demons were to be slayed. And being a member of the Demon Slayer Corps, their mission was to slay the demons and save the humans. Which meant that Kaori would most likely have to slay the Loremaster.

But just as she places a hand on her sheath, she stops. She had remembered that the Loremaster had interacted with other fellow humans, and hadn't eaten them, which was something any ordinary demon would've done...

Kaori thought carefully in her head. 'They seem to be sincere, but who knows? They might be masking their true intentions, their desires to eat humans. Then that would make my job even harder... But there is also a chance that they are actually not evil, but since when has that happened...'

After a moment of careful consideration, Kaori decided that she would not kill the Loremaster yet, as she needed to figure out their motives. She tilted her head, faced towards the Loremaster, and said calmly, "No... everything's fine..."

Loremaster smiles and says, "That's good, I'd hate to offend someone like that. Anyways, there are at least 11 people in this place with us that I know of, I met a good amount in the library but that group split up right after I started walking away." She mumbles. "So many subjects in one place, it's quite exciting."

Nicky leans back against the brick walls of the Library, or rather, what's left of them. She sighs, realizing that most of the other Characters have already gotten a Plot going, except for her. So, she decides to make a Plot for herself. (What, I never said that, this is The Plotless Roleplay, there are no Plots, what're you talking about?)

*Ahem*

Nicky calls somebody on her cellular device, and within the next two and a half minutes, NickyBoi drops from the sky, landing on the sidewalk, without even injuring himself. NickyGirl stares intently at him, while realizing that she herself has already broken a Rule of the Roleplay: The Rule of Three Characters Max Per User. "This oughta create a Plot", she says with a mischievous grin.

MEANWHILE, IN THE "TOM AND YURI" PLOT

I mean- There is no Plot!


Yuri bursts through the door and into the Art Supply Store, and she begins to search for Tom. "Thomas, where are you?" she says in a singsongy-yet-also-creepy tone of voice.

Ace noticed error and quickly dodges the attacks and instead the attack began hitting the bookshelves over "Sheesh that is property damage there glitchy" Ace snapped his finger and summoned his gaster blaster and his scythe "WHO CARES!? AS LONG I CAN TURN YOU AND THESE PEOPLES IN THIS TIMELINE INTO MY NEW PUPPET AHAHAHAHAHA!!"

As Keylyon was walking to the window, he noticed Loremaster and Kaori and decided to walk to them. He decided to wait a little longer inside of the library. He wanted to know where this conversation was going.

Kaori turned to the Loremaster and thought carefully what to say. She didn't want to reveal too much information about her, but she also didn't want to make them suspicious. And the pressure made it seem as if the whole world depended on it...
