CHAPTER 1

The Wild Fire Returns

It was the sunniest day in New Orleans, California. People still walked by the old school called Wild Fire. It closed down 16 years from now. But it’s making its return, people have been helping rebuild the school. Teenagers and adults have been posting all over social media about it. It’s still being built today but in the future it’ll be standing tall. More than a thousand people went there. But… things could go wrong…

27 years later

[ ɴᴏᴡ ᴘʟᴀʏɪɴɢ: sʜᴀᴋᴇ ɪᴛ ᴜᴘ ]

Lyla Miko was driving to Wild Fire. She had been ready for this school to re-open in ages. She saw some of her old friends there when she was five. She was happy to go talk to them. She opened her car door and walked up to them. “Hey!” Lyla said with a little wave. She was nervous she wasn’t gonna be recognized by her best friends at Wild Fire. Because it has been lots of years sense she saw them. “Hello, Lyla!” Karma said with a smile. Lyla gasped with relief. At least one friend remembers me she thought.

“Lyla, Hello! I’ve missed you, after all these years!” Anna said with the biggest grin Lyla has ever seen. Lyla smiled, two friends remember me she thought. Rest of chapter 1 has been reserved due to my hands hurting. I will finish this chapter later today or tomorrow.
