Could I check if the Hoopa Quest interferes with the appearance of other Rowan Quests?

1. If I have an ongoing Hoopa Quest, can other Rowan Quests appear?
2. If I give up on the Hoopa Quest, does it affect the appearance rate of other Rowan Quests

According to this forum post..

The Hoopa Quest can only be activated when you do not have an active Rowan quest at the lab (e.g. Prof vs Prof Contest, Berry Juice Request, etc.. Basically there shouldn't be any other text between Rowan's regular greeting and the "Your Pokédex analysis"-paragraph).

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.

Yeah, I saw that and assumed, but I'm mostly asking if it works the other way round (not whether rowan quests affect Hoopa, but if Hoopa affects Rowan Quests)

Hope it's just terrible luck...

Other than that.. sadly, it's just bad luck.
