Tanner thinks for a moment then says, "We could do that, or we could do something else." He laughs at a few ideas but starts thinking on what else we can do.

"The shadow hands disappear and Julius turned around. "Huh. I'm heading back to the (wherever we live) and grabbing a snack. You coming?" The hands reappear underneath Julius and carry him along through the trees.

Tanner agrees and teleports to their little hideout in a bigger tree, "I know what we can do!", he goes over to the pantry and grabs a bag of chips for him and Julius and tosses one to him.

A shadow hand jumps out from the ceiling and catches the bag, handing it to Julius. "What do we do?" Julius jumps backwards, landing on a beanbag. Ripping open the bag, Julius flicks a chip into his mouth.

Tanner opens his bag and says, "We could prank the others here, you use your shadow hands to move the surrounding near them until they notice and get unnerved, and I'll use my shade form to move around in the trees near them to scare them."

Cosmia was...interesting. Nex snapped twice. "Umbra?" She called. The octopod apeared. "Go scout the new arrivals. We must...keep them in check."

Umbra disapeared into the shadows. It split into several smaller verions of itself and went off to spy on each of the arrivals

Tanner is picking between the choices when he feels something getting closer to them, "Hold on I'll be right back..." He teleports out of the hideout and feels for anything getting near him, he senses something smaller but definitely going for them, he turns into his shade form and finds it, he grabs it and knows instantly what it is, he teleports over to the beach and sets it down in front of Nex.

Cameron awoke from his nap. He took a look at his surroundings. "Wow," he mumbled to himself, "Look at all of the other people here." What, you didn't think that all he could do was beep, did you? That's just his musical talent.
Anyway...
Cam stood up and headed towards the group, ready to introduce himself.

Tanner backs into the forest so he can hide with the other shadows easier and just watches the whole interaction happen, he sees Cameron and makes sure to stay extra quiet due to not meeting any of these people outside of this form.

Umbra sees Cameron and skitters over to him. Nex materializes in Umbra's place. "Hello. Welcome to the island. I'm Nex, a Royal of the island. Royals are descendants of the first magic setlers here. They're also the only ones who can enter the Whispering Willows." She didn't mean to brag, but she felt he should know, "And I'm currently running the island, in my sicly brother's place."

Kaori stayed on the top of the tree, still polishing her Nichirin sword to perfection. She slashed upwards, testing its speed and maneuverability. Satisfied with that, she sheathed her katana and meditated. A good demon slayer always meditated in their free time to practice Total Concentration Breathing and inner peace.

But it was quite hard to concentrate with all the people chattering about and yelling.

Julius finished the chip pack and tossed it at the bin. It floated around, about to completely miss the bin when a shadow hand popped up, slam dunking the packet in the bin. Julius smiled and hopped up. Tanner still hadn’t come back yet so he headed outside.

Nex sighed; she was at her half-dead brother's bedside.
"Hey." She said softly.
"Hi..." was the gragly response. "Don't waste your-" *cough* "-time with-" *cough* "-me. Go to the-" *couughhhh* "-willows, and run the-" *COOUGGGHHHH* "-island." Nex's brother worked hard to form that sentence.

"Okay. I'm off." She said, and headed towards the willows.
