Jackie smiled. "Ooh! Aprons!" She beamed, grabbing one and putting it on. She handed an apron to Emika. "I'm so excited!!" Jackie giggled.
Lottie frowned a little at Eris's quietness. "Eris, are you alright? You've been rather quiet recently." She said.

Emika smiled. She accepted the apron and put it on.
Marina looked up. Was Eris ok???
Eris tensed a bit. Not trusting her voice, she scribbled on a piece of paper which she gave to Lottie. It read;

Jackie smiled and pulled out the instructions paper. "Let's get our cooking materials!!" She said and rushed to the kitchen cabinets.
Lottie frowned. So it was about Emika..she pulled out her mechanic pencil and began to write back. "She's kind of mysterious to me. But she seems sweet when she's around Jackie...but when it's other people...she's rather quiet and...alone. I wonder why.." Lottie passed the note back to Eris.

Emika smiled. She began to read the instructions as well.
Marina wondered what was on the paper. She was distracted back to the coding.
Eris read what Lottie wrote and wrote a new message. It read;
"Whenever she is nearby, I get a bad feeling. I keep sensing a sinister aura around her. I know it isn't Emika herself, but it's something attached to her, trying to keep her away..." Eris passed the note back over.

Jackie ran around an about to get all the materials and ingredients needed. "Sorry! Excuse me! Woah-!" Jackie said as she ran through and last the group of students.
Lottie sighed a little. She wrote back. "She did mention something about 'bad memories' when I teased her about Jackie and their relationship with each other. Maybe it has something to do with her mysterious and silent appearance and aura?" Lottie passed the note back to Eris.

"Okay, Emika! We're gonna make a dozen (12) cookies! We have everything we need, and don't worry, im not going to burn the kitchen down. Trust me! Ive been baking and cooking with my mother! We got this, and....AH! I forgot to preheat the oven!!" Jackie said worriedly and ran to the oven, quickly seting it to 350°f.
"Alright.. " Lottie wrote back, sending he note to Eris again. She put on a smile and helped Marina with her website, also doing hers as well..

Emika giggled. She began to sort out the ingredients.
Marina worked happily with Lottie.
Eris hid the message paper away and began her work.

"Okay! I preheated the oven! Let's make the batter! I'll get the chocolate chips ready!" Jackie exclaimed.
"I'm going to use the bathroom, you two! I'll be back." Lottie smiled, and left..

After baking, the duo was finally finished with their golden-brown chocolate chip cookies. The students had to present their cookies to the teacher...Jackie put on a determined expression with a smile. She held Emikas hand. Her and Emika would win for sure!
As Lottie walked to the bathroom, she heard someone and the Principal talking. "I'm so glad you're back, Miss May! I hope you have recovered well." Principal Claire said. Lottie's eyes widened. No way...!!

Emika blushed a little when Jackie held her hand, but had a victorious smirk.
Marina decided to play some quiet music while she worked. She kept the volume low as to not distract anyone else. She suddenly went stiff. She suddenly had a violent shudder and her braid seemed to twist on itself. The moment came and went quickly and left Marina smiling wide. She continued her work.
Eris paused in her work at Marina's sudden strange moment. What in the world??...

Jackie watched nervously as the teacher looked and tase-tested everyone's cookies. "I have made my decision! And, the winner is....." The students waited..."Jackie Ness and Emika Tenshi-Smith!" The teacher exclaimed happily. "We won?! We won!! Emika, we won!" Jackie cheered. The students applauded the duo.
Lottie was suprised...May...that name...that last name...she then heard a similar voice. "Thank you. I am glad to be back.." none other than Veronica said. Lottie couldn't help but smile. Veronica was back and well!! She quickly rushed back to her class, and ran to Marina and Eris. "Guys! Guys!" Lottie smiled happily.

Emika hugged Jackie happily. Victory was theirs!
Marina perked up. "Hey Lottie! Did something unexpected happen? Did the person you visited the other day show up?" She asked.
Eris looked up, a little confused.

Jackie happily hugged Emika tightly. She picked her up and twirled around with her. "Yaaaaaaaaaay!!!!" She exclaimed. The students giggled. The teacher smiled sweetly as she watched the scene.
Lottie frowned a little. How did Marina know this? This was the second time...."Uh, yeah, Veronica is back. I heard Principal Claire welcome her back inside her office. Veronica is doing well. I wonder if she's happy to be back, despite everything that has happened..
Veronica went back to her dorm. She sat on her bed. She looked at Eris's bed with a frown. And she remembered the girls that helped her....and the girl that visited her....why...why we're they so kind to her?! S...She didn't deserve any of it..

Eris exhaled a breath she didn't realize she had been holding. Hopefully her dormmate was alright now...

Jackie put Emika down after she calmed and settled herself down. "Congratulations, you two!" The cooking teacher smiled. "Thank you so much!!" Jackie said happily. She looked at Emika and smiled sweetly at her.
Lottie smiled a little. She then raised an eyebrow. "Marina, how do you almost always know what happens?" She smirked.
Veronica waited for the bell to ring for break time in a few minutes...

Marina giggled. "I call it 'Mari Sense'. I get a weird feeling, then my body has a specific reaction to determine what the feeling is. For example, a sharp shudder means that something unexpected will happen to someone I know, which is why I asked that question when you came back." She said with a mere two breaths.

Jackie flinched a little at the bell. She quickly got her things, including some of the cookies her and Emika had made, and waited for her at the door. "Come on!!" Jackie called out to her. "Let's eat our cookies in the forest!!" She beamed.
Lottie had a relived smile when the bell rang. Finally, break time! She backed her belongings and went to the outdoor tables near the cafeteria to finish some extra homework.
Veronica frowned when the bell rang. Would her dorm mate come back to the room? Would Eris hate her?...no...she helped her...but...Veronica felt like she didn't deserve it.

Emika smiled. She collected a few cookies as well and then the duo headed to the forest.
Marina gathered her materials and decided to send some messages to family members. She went to the cafeteria outdoor tables as well.
Eris flinched at the bell. She quickly gathered her things and went into the forest.
