I spent nearly 10k PD to donate the daycare and get no egg. What happened?
(I use a female shiny Luxray and a male Neptuneon

What does it say in the DayCare? If it's "They prefer to play with other pokémon" you're never getting an egg because the Egg Group doesn't match.

CatLady's onto the issue here. Luxray belongs in the "Field" egg group while Neptuneon is "Fairy" so they can't produce eggs. If you want Luxray eggs, you should find a pokemon that also belongs on the Field egg group (though another luxray would be the best and most convenient).

The same goes for neptuneon. (However, when breeding event pokemon, you get both event eggs and the "normal" variant of the pokemon with the latter being more prevalent. In the case of neptuneon, a neptuneon pair would produce solar eevee and regular eevee eggs with most of the eggs being regular eevee.)

You can check what egg group a pokemon belongs to in the Pokedex or consult this egg group guide (though it hasn't been updated in a while and is therefore missing pokemon).
