...I'm going to say no for now, because the game is focused on the relationships, interactions, etc. of the user-controlled characters. Your characters can have histories and reference other people outside of the party, but the game mechanisms are already really complicated for a standard RP. This is a trial run to see if Mafia is sustainable on PH. If you stick around for Round 2+, ask me again... my answer may change. :)

Occupation (make sure you're a millionaire): Actress
How you got your cash and status: Was great at faking things and masking herself from a young age. Excelled in drama class at school, and was eventually more widely noticed as she practiced. Eventually became requested to act in a lot of major performances.
Personality: A very cheerful, kindhearted, childlike, optimistic and rather naive girl, with a warm heart and a smile on her face! (...okay, we're just messing with you, no she isn't-) Or so she appears on the surface. Deep down, she is something of a sadistic soul with a passion for burning things (and people, apparently). She is rather apathetic, and at other times incredibly hateful towards others. She is rather intelligent and heavily calculating. The smile upon her face is nothing but fake, as nothing brought her joy except setting places on fire (if that even brings her joy, for all we know). She's a frequent liar and manipulator, and incredibly morbid. However, it seems she is capable of feeling remorse, and isn't completely heartless as she seems. She is terrible at opening up to people, and it's possible her violent and sadistic, or empty and apathetic nature (depending on the situation), is due to childhood trauma. Katie is terrible with her feelings (figuring them out and expressing them, not faking them), and often finds herself feeling things she doesn't quite understand. However, she does seem rather familiar with holding emotional grudges, as she frequently holds grudges for multiple people (with a few exceptions).

Appearance: Katie is somewhat short in stature, namely 5'3 1/2" in height, and weighing 154 lbs. She has tan skin, and also a round face, which contributes to her youthful appearance. Her mouth almost always has plastered upon it a fake smile of innocence, and her eyes are very large, and very wide. They bear resemblance to a mix between the shapes of a cat's, and a deer's. In color, they are reddish-brown, like the color of dried blood. Frequently, they look rather empty, unless Katie is attempting to fake a spark in them. She wears an off-the-shoulder white blouse with purple ruffles lining the top, and lining her large puffy sleeves. Her arms are partially uncovered, and she has faded purple gloves on both her hands, starting at the elbows. Her blouse also contains yellow-and-orange thin straps with bows tied on them. Her torso is rather short, emphasizing her childlike appearance. In terms of accessories, she bears a large light-pink bow upon the front back of her head. Speaking of her hair, she has rather square bangs overlapping the top quarter of her face, on the right side, which stop and curve to the left in a side-swept fashion. Upon her head, she also bears two spiky medium-sized pigtails with small ribbons the color of her faded pomegranate-purple hair. The rest of her hair is rather long, coming down to the middle of her arms or so. It swerves at an angle, and is slightly spiky. Her gloves also have purple-and-white lining and ruffles at the top. She has two long thick locks of hair coming down her ears to her shoulders. She also has a thick gray necklace with a dark magenta heart at the end, encircled with gray. Additionally, she has a thick pink puffy skirt. She has rather colorful socks, and very tall light-purple shiny boots.
