when i summoned raylong, it showed me a black raylong instead of a green one but it gave me a green egg, is raylong supposed to be black, or is it a glitch?

The raylong that gave you the egg WAS shiny, given why the egg wasn't black. No, it isn't a glitch, just a rare chance for the raylong to give you the egg be black. P.S Just because the raylong that gave you the egg was shiny does NOT mean the raylong in the egg will be shiny either.
