I've been trying for 3 days now to get my Email Verification email in my email, but it never showed up. I checked in my spam, I made sure it was being sent to the correct email, but I still get nothing. I sent another and another and it still never showed up. I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but I'm at a loss of what to do about it.

Hey, I'm having the same issue and I've been trying for days now. Even tried switching it to my other email accounts and still nothing.

I'm having the same problem. Email address is correct, nothing in spam, and I had previously received verification emails with no issue, the last one being from August of this year. But now I'm receiving nothing. I use gmail.

Same issue, i know ive never changed my email. Ive checked all the areas of my email ot could be (i.e. inbox, spam) but its not there

yep, im having the same issue. tried sending it three times over the course of a couple days. tried changing my email to the correct spelling in case that was it but it was already spelled correctly

Isn't working for me either, I tried mobile and computer to see if it would make a difference and still nothing. Checked to make sure nothing had happened to change my email but there's no change there so I don't know what to do from here besides say it's also happening to me...

I too am having the same issue. Email is correct. Never changed. Nothing in spam. I just never receive a verification email. I too use Gmail.

Please try again once more. I've implemented a fix which worked for me personally. Make sure to check your SPAM-folder and move the mail to the regular inbox if possible.

The problem is that Pokeheroes currently has a bad reputation on GMail, so they reject our mail. This is because we hadn't fulfilled their high (new) standards for a month or two. We do fulfill these standards now, but GMail takes some time until they "trust" again. Probably around 30-60 days. In the meantime, you can help by sending a short mail to [email protected], so that GMail understands that you ARE interested in receiving mail from PH.
And if you do receive mail from PH, make sure to move it from your spam folder to your regular inbox. This also helps greatly.

The issue should now be fixed (for the most part). Gmail trusts us a lot more now and about 95% of all emails now go through again (perhaps in your SPAM folder). Please try the verification again and move the mail from the spam folder to your regular inbox to help us further increase PH's reputation. Thanks!
